The plating process used by FTG with plastic and metallic core electroforms creates a stress-free coating and permits the resulting LBS to be worked into complex shapes and geometries.

This is particularly useful in applications which need to withstand highly corrosive environments. To produce these results, we apply nickel and other corrosion-resistant metals, while avoiding the excess weight of solid metals.
